The Principals of ATI Capital Partners have had extensive experience
in the creation, development, financing, staffing, and execution of significant
strategic growth concepts both as principal participants and as advisors. This
experience assists ATI Capital Partners in identifying quality emerging and middle
market companies and in working with management to achieve the corporate vision. ATI

Ted Morgan: Managing Director 
Ted is a former Xerox Corp. executive, and has gone on to develop over 25 years of
experience as a founder, financier, and C Level executive of venture capital and
private equity financed ventures. He is experienced in all aspects of corporate
development, from start-up to exit. He also has extensive international business
experience.
As a Principal at ATI Capital Partners, Ted has focused on providing advisory
services for emerging growth companies seeking financing or pursuing mergers,
acquisitions, or divestitures. He also serves as an interim CEO in selected
assignments, as well as a board director. His experience includes C level roles in
companies in which he was a Founder, including: U.S. Electricar (Now Enova
Systems-ENV-AMEX), Human Engineered Software, Office Club (now Office Depot-ODP:
NYSE), MedChoice, and Med*Rite Laboratories, among others.
Ted has a BS degree in Business Admin & Production Mgmt. from CSU East Bay and
pursued MBA studies at UC Berkeley.
T.A. Pruno: Managing Director
Mr. Pruno focuses on principal and advisory role equity investments and
acquisitions. His previous corporate development background in the communication
networking sector and the infrastructure industry focused on telecom, energy and
power generation finance and restructuring.
While working as a principal in ATI, he has focused on corporate finance and
development activities in addition to principal equity opportunities. Prior to ATI,
he worked in domestic and international corporate development for the Harris
Corporation. He has worked for PowerGen managing cross border investments in the
power & utility industry in the SE Asia markets and focused on the syndication
of sponsor investment and non-recourse project debt. Mr. Pruno spent ten years as an
investment banker with Drexel, Burnham, Lambert managing client assignments with
major domestic and international corporations in energy, industrial, and other key
sectors. He received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his Masters
from the University of London.
